Some info about my pre-step groups

I do this to help ppl get the steps and to have a good time together. There's no need whatsoever for me to run these grps and lately almost very grp ive lead there has been someone flaming me or acted like a retard. So if u are some l337dude that cba to follow instructions, wait for LD's or spare 5 extra mins to help someone in grp then pls spare me the effort of try to lead u through it and dont sign up. Also u'll get nowhere (except being excluded from future grps) if u start flame me because u are late or i cant have u in group coz i need a different class or smtng stupid like this.

Look i like to help ppl and have fun together and manage to complete the steps but if ppl are gonna go on treat me bad for no reason at all or make the groups a pain to lead im gonna quit lead em so pls try to behave like nice normal ppl

Well said, i can't agree more, i've not run a raid for a while due to RL commitments, but it's often a thankless task, especially when there are inconsiderate people and people who forget the whole idea of playing games is to have fun...
