Erm, you neglected to mention that we allowed you and the other 3 HB there to lotto for the SoM and join our group. Also 2 GoL people was in our group so don't make this out as if it was just Zak in our group ty. We did nothing wrong.

If you had camped the spawn for 7 hours, someone came along and offered either to let you /random or get nothing what would you chose? I mentioned in my other post that according to ingame rules you were 100% in the clear, that doesn't mean it wasn't low though.

Erh, get nothing?, Who told you Join or get nothing? I didnt see anyone say that and if someone did please tell me who did so we can talk to that person, that's certainly not how we do things.

While arrangements are being made in /guild i see you guys come by and start to buff up in preparation for killing it. Now you oh so gracefully allow me a spot in the group for a /random or I can sit on the sidelines and watch the mob i spent 7 hours camping get killed by people who obviously don't give a crap about how long i spent there. As I said before, it's perfectly within your rights according to GoA to do so but it's still a rotten thing to do.

I dont think you are reading what we are saying m8.. First off we werent buffing up at all, BB's where standing in Haven and we were already buffed, you come up to us when we get there and we ask if you want to group up.. Afaik no one told you we would take the mob regardless or anything else of that sort. If you are just mad you lost random then fine, but please dont try to make this into something its not.

You are actually claming that two of us said Cry more QQ?
I'd really like to know who said that, also i'd like to know how you made your feelings clear. I dont understand why you are making this up, we were nothing but polite and friendly to you and your guild mates, we set up a bg, in hopes that everyone, including your guildmates that turned up when we started would get credit and they also /randomed for the drop iirc.

No one was rude to you or your friends in any way, not did we say QQ or imply in any way that we were going to steal your mob.

You joined us and we killed the mob together, we then randomed for the drop and you lost the random. There's nothing more to it, no one tried to rip you off, no one was rude or mean to you, no one tried to steal anything, it was all as fair as can be, and if you didnt want to group with us and just wanted us to go away, you could have said something about it, but you didnt.

If we were actually after to steal something why would we ask you to join us and then random for it? And letting the rest of the ppl that joined in random aswell.

I now consider this matter closed and wont be replying to anymorore posts in here. We all know what happend, and if there's been any misunderstandings then its a shame, none of us wants you to feel cheated, that wasnt our intention. If you ever need help with SoM again, we'd be glad to help you out.

As I said before, there was no "stealing" of any mob, you got the group together first and you got the mob, I would never move in on someones camp who had been camping it for 7 hours before hand but hey, I guess you feel differently. Someone in your group did say: cry more QQ to me and if I had thought you would lie about it on the boards I would have taken some ss's.

I think u will find it is the HB guys that do the '/s cry some more' thing. When they roll over an artifact mob that i am at. Dont even bother allowing u into grp to get credit - which is all i needed ;(

Well, I must say I find this all rather amusing now. Took a few days off from DAoC and I'm actually loving not being involved directly in all this ToA bitchyness.

The whole realm has gone mad, the only thing I think we are missing is "My guildmate stole my artifact" thread. The way alb is heading, it won't be long \o/

Quick question though....if nobody had been about, how can we prove or disprove how long anybody had been camping one spot. For all we know somebody could log in about 1 min before anybody arrives and then claim to have camped it for hours. Not saying you did, just a thought.
My opinion though is that camping a spot for hours is worse than watching paint dry (or leaving a lvl 20 campbot there like i have seen some guilds do). If i want an artifact, which, to be honest is not that important to me, i will set something up..As i have a job, wife and 3 kids to worry about i cant just take 7 hours our of my day to sit at the pc on the off chance it may pop.Basically cos she would lynch me !! (o:

accepting to join the group and do it together doesn't give you any right on the cloak, it gives you right on a /random which you apparantly had

well, I disagree.. reputation in daoc is kinda important and you can severely damage it by not granting someone who camped the arti for 7 hours a chance to build his group.. maybe they wouldn't have pulled

now he has nothing at all, not even a single right to accuse them for "stealing" a camp

if it was me i would ask them to wait for my guildies to do the encounter, if they pulled regardless of that, id contact their gm's, let the alliance know or make a fh thread.. whatever
