Solution if the new housing zones will become too crowded...

Taken from vnboards :
Don't worry the second of the three "Expansions" will contain less expensive housing options for each realm, in an effort to help the less fortunate players.

Midgard: Jordheim Ghetto
Hibernia: Mag Mell Projects
Albion: The Slums of Camelot Hills

The downside is there will be an increased crime element and racial tension between players in these new areas, for example:

-Kobold gangs will do drive-by shootings on rival valkyn gang members. Due to the lack of cars and firearms, they will ride up on wee-wolves and fire bows. In an related story, 90% of drive-by archeries result in misses, fumbles and bladeturns.

-Firbolgs will be envied by other hibernian males after hearing a Celt maiden say "Size doth matter". Sylvans, however, shrugged it off saying "we've never been short of wood".

-Social discrimination will erupt in schools between the tall, strong and athletic Highlanders, and the short, pale and gangly Inconnu's. Furthermore, Britons will pre-emptively cross the street upon seeing approaching Saracens.

Btw It really sucks that new housing wont have NPCs that sell your crafted itamz.
