Any good? Any must have items that I am missing? Quite keen to keep the cloak for the /use

Money not that much of an issue - Willing to spend all I have as its probably the last time I ever "give it another go for nostalgia's sake" Couple of hundred plat and probably willing to buy a couple of hundred too.

This 1 can be used for both Champ and Hero, just change the 5th slot bonus on hands from buff to heal.
Its weapon/shieldless and no mythicals included.
I use it on my Hero and Champ and end up with 111str, 100con and 104qui, and the high qui is lovely as a Firb Hero. Sure there is better templates out there but imo this is good enough.
