Thats 59 util.....what would this be worth to a friar?

Euhm, wasn't 46 to 60 enhance shown to boost your stats by about 3 pts? Caps or no caps, +11enhance is blatantly not worth it
Unless you really have nothing better to do with your SC suit, I guess

You probably mean 46 to 50. There is no gain from having total Enhance over 50 (after bonuses), so it's basically a 29 utility necklace for most level 50 friars :great:
