I'll be kicking my first character off tonight, so I intend to run into a couple of you at some point shortly

We tend to group either in the vague area of Jordheim (or as Damini calls it "City of Lag") or we're in the middle near Huginfell (not haggerfell, that's near mularn, ooop north)

Been hanging around hugginfell most of the time personally as there be good hunting in them there parts. If you do /send Aphex when u get on m8 i will only be too happy to come and find you but tbh you will be better off spending the first couple of hours just getting used to the game and doing some simple leveling. I'll also prod Xav a few times to get him to put you in the guild so you can use the chat box and cry out for help if needed.

First few levels are easy to do on your own. n00bs should keep to themselves for a while

Yeah! Unfortunately for Louster he found me within a few minutes of me logging on and so I hassled him constantly instead of reading the manual. He taught me everything... *wipe tear*

Read the manual, practise a bit, then shout for us.

Will do. Was intending to solo for the first 10/15 hours or so anyway, get used to the game mechanics etc (IE: Arse around).

I'll be out on the pish (yet again) tomorrow night, so chances are fairly damned high you'll probably have to fend off the lurchings of a drunken Kobold.

I'm currently hanging out in spindehalla dungeon which will be my home for the next few levels. Once you hit level 30 (healers can go in about 25 with a higher group) then this is the place to be for all your XP needs.

Sweet. I'm currently pottering around Fort Atla killing beasties. Only about lvl 2.5 atm though

SO what time did you actually end up playing until Sar? And what level?

Was on for an hour and a half first session, and roughly an hour for the second - so about 2½ hours in total-ish.

Currently Level 2½

I did a /who Barrysworld and saw everyone that was on last night. Yourself in Myrkwood, Xav in Fort Atla (He actually spawned literally right in front of me at the Bindstone), Aphex in Myrkwood (I think).

I'm going to start adding ppl to my friends list tonight so I can keep my beady eye on the lot of you

If I don't go on the piss tonight I'd expect to be on virtually all night (IE: 8pm -> ~5am), otherwise I wouldn't be on until 2am if at all tonight (might be too pished to work the pc).

If I send my HD back no information about my (admittedly shite) character will be lost right ? It's all on the servers is it ?

Just logout with your Character in Nisses Dungeon. I'm sure he'll do just fine without you for 2 weeks
