I'm pretty sure the first wave of Beta just went out (The earliest one) but if I remember correctly there's 3 waves of beta?

Game develops slowly but I hope marc jacobs has the experience now after the Warhammer fail not to release a game before is fully done.

Seen a great stream on building castles and stuff. Looked awesome. Seems there delay though

That will only be an option if he has the finances for it. Delaying a game can cost a lot more then having to deal with pissed off kickstarters or preorder buyers..
