Meh. They'll find a hook that gets around the act. Legislature tends to choose such a narrow line that it's almost by-design subvertible.

They will just make £100 a game the norm. Rock Star (for example) rely on fools buying in game cash. Ubisoft gave me some crumbs in one of their sales, gave me some crafting bits and a weapon, could get more for real money... Horrible business practices.

Gone right off AAA games. (Still gushing over Cyberpunk though)

I'm still hopeful. Not sure i hate the idea about paying more for the game itself if it means most of that really really really stupid predatory bullshit go away. Mostly because those generally end up costing the players much more any way.
