Snatcher artifact question

Just wondering how easy/hard this encounter is. I've never seen anyone doing it although I've seen the mob a few times in various locations in Volc.

Any hint and tips? What sort of group would I need (even need a group?) From the market explorer it seems to be fairly well farmed so I can't see it being as hard as most artis!

its not hard i soloed it with my hero many times goto Siam-he plebian cam find purple Siam-he plebian(when you click on hit it would say worth Master exp.) thats him pull him there should be 1 more add with him pull him further down from plebian so other dont add when he yells for help at10% and kill him. ypu got encounter and snatcher,
