Small GM change in Defectu Virium Elite

For about 8 months now Khalen has been a great (co-)GM of DVE, but he needs a well deserved break from all the organising etcetera. Therefor we agreed that Khalen will step down from being GM of DVE for some (undetermined) time. Thank god I won't be alone now in the neverending task of keeping DVE on track, I asked Matje/Rugged to help me out.

So if you need DVE's assistance in the futur, please give Matje (or his alt Rugged) or me (all my chars start with Kci) a call, not Khalen. Thank you
