Sure, the SM can debuff the energy based bolts, the AoE DD and the 3.0 (!) baseline DD for the RC runies. Yipee!

Only pure spec nuke in Midgard is in the Runemasters cold line. It's cold based.

Or, on the otherhand, the heat debuff was even more overpowered for hibs than for albs pre the nerf?

This isn't really a serious whine tho.. debuff was only "nerfed" by reduced duration, but with toa cast speeds and damage, 2 casters (since you're talking about other casters not just the debuffer implying atleast 2: the debuffer and the assister(s)) can easily kill any class during the reduced duration debuff.

Also generally, aside from when debuffing for yourself, you'd generally only put in the effort to debuff for someone with a spec nuke, not baseline ones.. and in this regard hibs have the advantage, a chanter can debuff for all hib spec nuke types (eld cold DD, ment heat DD, chanter heat DD) while albs need 2 classes to debuff for all spec nuke types (sorc debuff for Wizz heat spec DD, Caba debuffs for body sorc spec DD, Spirit theurg spec DD, body Caba spec lifetap)
