Swapping Gloves/Boots with the following stats:

Gloves:

5 Envenom
4 Crit Strike
9 Spirit
4 Quickness

Boots:

6 Envenom
3 Crit Strike
4 Slash

This is mainly done because I know all do it we forget to change items after we put poison on, hehe.

So this way you will lose out on 40 Quick and +4 Dual which imo is good and this will still give you more of a chance on winning a fight after you put poison on weapons if you forget to swap them back again.
