why? it hasnt got half the channels on sky hd.

the engineer is coming back later with a new control.

well its the remote that is fucked, nothing to do with the fitting of the system

well i got it working, took the batteries out for 10 mins and it started up again.
tried to cancel the engineer but got through to some fucker in india who kept asking me about the channels.
he came anyway, give me another remote and told me to keep them both.

pretty strange but SD channels play back in better quality than they do watching them on the air.
