http://www.daocmods.com/pn/index.php (i think) have a very good collection, Join up and play around with a few, see if 1 fits your needs.

I did my own, Closed to guild only. Has maps of frontiers and toa atm, But add classic and si as time goes on, (ran out of custom.xml files till 1.68 added 10 more)

Also Vh boards has a modding section, Might want to check for latest release from long standing moders.
