Yeah, can anyone tell me how this exactly affects my spells?

think it's only effect base healing spells. The more reju u have, the less the healing spells will change their healing value.

For example: If u have a 120 value base healing spell, and u have all in all 20 on reju, the value of the healing will jump from 80 to 170, but if u have 50 on reju all in all, ur healing value will be around 170 and won't jump around.
