Skald Spellcrafting Template.

Hey guys. I kept trying to max all stats/resists/hits/skills, but I can't seem to be able and do it. Is there anyone out there that has a good template for Skalds ? It can be either 99 or 100 qual in terms of armor and weapons, and it can have 5.5 OC, as I have a lgm SCer myself. Thanks in advance.

I'm not done yet. Still working on it, but this is what i have so far.
1st template uses the TG hauberk, which i don't have. :p
Both uses the TG crown. The rest is 99%
Both are with Blackhearted Great Hammer

Edit, ooops, just noticed, i've replaced heat with matter on the TG crown on 2nd template. Told you it wasn't finished. :p

There, it's fixed :)

Weren't you rr6 or something with your skald? Battlesongs have no effect with + ...not sure aobut its getting fixed to affect dds, which char only affect.

I don't have any +BS either. I have over 50 in BS with realmranks and from what i've heard it does nothing over 50, or at least very little.

I'm done with my template now. Got a nice TG cloak :)
Everything capped with a 2-H and best of all.....only 1 MP piece of armour :D

All i need now is an SCer. You don't have anything to do tonight, do you Murph? :p

+battlesong doesn't raise maximum dmg.cap on shouts, it raises the minimum cap reducing the dmg variance (like +mending does for baseheals if you know what i mean)

+cha raises max dmg.cap

never really tested this myself, just remember reading it somewhere (hope they were right) :)

Don't listen to him i one hit him everyday !!
it is a fact that i one hit him tho but over to more serious, i think ive read the same on a skald TL report myself :) so he is right as allways most likely :p

I ve read some skald DDs tests and:

charisma capped + BT capped inflict + (40 - 50 ) total dmg instead only charisma capped.

Should be easy enough to find out. DD a mob, put on some +BS items, DD again. Look at result :)

If you feel like it, you may even do this on another player with capped body resist!
+BS gives so little, it's worth capping everything else first, imo.
When you have done that, it leaves very little, if anything at all, for +BS.

you hit harder without quick just slower, but thats what we got aug healer for with haste buff etc, so why not :p

yes i only solo atm ! no groups! maybe some duo teams but thats all ! and i didnt buy a DSGH to hit fast !

well, imo its better to do alot more dmg, but maybe attack a little slower, but then its good to have a haste buffer camped at mtk :)

and I also solo alot, when i can't find group... only thing thats bad with so slow quick, is when you dont hit :) but god bless IP :)
