Skald DD shouts

I am now lvl 43 and progressing nicely along, but I was wondering at what levels of Battlesongs skalds get the DD shouts after 40?
I know after patch 1.65 it's 43, 44 and 50, but what about before?
All the websites I've looked at so far have the post 1.65 details.

Is it not the same now? Thought they only tweaked the damage abit next patch.

Only DD after 40 is the level 44 one. (atm)

The damage is increased only by having higher level DD shouts available. Also it's being dropped from 20 sec recast timer to 15 secs.

Aye, the 2 last dd's are the lvl 34 & lvl 44 one atm
