Simple healer spell question

Is the level 42 baseline augmentation AF buff Guardian's Lesser Protection a yellow buff?
It appears to be the top AF buff that healer's get, do they not get a red-bordered AF buff?

It has a red border as far as i know

it used to have a yellow border, but it was changed to red.

Healers dont get a yellow af buff anymore it goes straight from blue to red.

Thanks for the info.

(I was puzzled because my healer has the blue level 31 AF buff, I checked on Catacombs to see when I get the next one and saw there was only one more on the way to 50.)
