Did anybody else find this encounter bugged ?

After killing the 9 waves, we get last mobs inc and is pretty easy compared to previuos rounds but on 20%hp he just Vanish and never came back Iam pissed so wanted to know if is bugged or worth going back to do ?

We did this no problem and it dropped.

Not much help I know but at least you know its not totaly bugged
