It seems in its normal attempt to confuse figures that the government must be under the impression that 50% of users have internet access, well I guess they do if they go to an internet cafe. In fact the number hovers around 35% have home access but even then do they use it much? Most probably not as much as they would like since its still not that cheap to use the net, even if it is since the days when I started using the net

I read on the reg that the UK goverment has claimed to have 40% of government services online now. A figure it got to by reclassifying phones and fax machines as 'online'

They'll classify talking to people through glass as a virtual data exchange next
