ok I edited your sig in the magic mod modifying module. also the software says you are in a group that CAN edit sigs so you should be able to. Maybe it works now I did an edit or something. Can you check?

ok I'll turn off the sig edit thing, save, and turn it back on again. see if that helps, otherwise we need the Deebs to make sweet nothings in the ear of the database server again...

Still no joy, could it be because I have been inactive for so long and only just come back ? when I first logged in it gave me the values needed to change signature more than x number posts etc...

Now it just gives the server error

I've also recently returned (and very happy about it!) and I tried a few times to edit my signature, it dates from 2004...
I get this message:

You can not modify your signature.
Signature Rules:
Before you can modify your signature, you must have passed the following conditions:

The number of posts you have created must exceed: 2 (Yours: 277)
The number of Likes you've received must exceed: 0 (Yours: 0)
The Like post Ratio must exceed: 0% (Yours: 0%)
The number of days you have been registered must exceed: 1 (Yours: 3522)

Yeh, that's fine, give it 24hours for the system to understand that you have only just returned and it will promote you to a usergroup which allows you to edit your signature.

What scary is that I must have had a log in previous to this one 2003... as I have found posts from me in 2000... under the CS forums My god thats 13 years ago!

The Like post Ratio must exceed: -1% (Yours: 0%)
The number of days you have been registered must exceed: 4 (Yours: 3523)

It is a measure to prevent and annoy bots, those scum bags of the internet.

Post enough and you can get a signature, not sure how many...probably not that many.
