Wanting to play daoc yesterday on my day off, I found my account closed.

Tried to update it and got one of 2 things happening:

1) screen freezing on "Please wait (do not click on the 'back' button). You'll be connected soon to our payment site. "

2) error message "Your transaction is being processed… reconnect yourself in the ‘My account’ directory in about 3 hours to check the state of your login and GAME password. If the state is not ‘Ok’, please access one more time to the secure payment form. The DAoC team. "

Now, I consider myself to speak and understand English to a fair extent, but the second error message is, to me, a complete pile of bollocks. Makes no sense...

Anyone got an email reply from GOA about the problem? I really would quite like to play...

i havent got any reply from them yet i also have the same problem. they will be loseing customers if they do not sort this problem out soon

Well, nor i neither my mate can reactivate our accounts. On the other hand i consider this a good change to get ride of this game.
If that billing system dont work tomorrow horsma wont be back.

Ok, not being silly here but...

You are going to leave camelot cos you can't play it for 2 days? I wanna get back on as much as the next Egg, but I'm not gonna give up :)

Treniel can you pass the msg on to FC that I'll be back when they get their arses in gear.

Rod & Dave still at it i see, well dave...

Just try paying from a different computer, it always works for me, i used 2 get the error all the time, so i other compu and worked straight off...
Still got error on my st compu 2

Look over THERE ----->
