Siegecrafting Question

Quick question about siegecraft for non-traditional crafters.

In the last patch, us alchies and spellcrafters got access to siegecraft. I tried skilling up a bit last night, but was capped at 8. Is this intentional and means we can not go any higher?

Actually. at first they ment to make it cap at 1 xD

The cap for normal crafts in Siegecraft is only 68, so your not losing alot, just means you cannot get siege weapons grey and therefore built in half the normal time.

And convoker summoned ammo is better then normal ammo even if crafted anyway.
