Sidi weapon's Gimped

I logged on my Merc yesterday only to find that my Livid Silancer Fang had been gimped. It did have a 20 point endurance proc on it. now it has haste on it. now i can understand Toa gear being gimped a bit now but to start changing Sidi drops thats just mean. I only bought it a week or two before NF for the end proc and now it seams a waste of money. Has anyone else had this happen

Oddly mine has always has the haste proc so maybe you are recalling it incorrectly.

I wonder if it was bugged then, I showed it to several of my guildies who all thought it was an end proc too... So now im just confused :/
