Siabras in Avalon City?

Was exping at Avalon City North Entrance today and while I was pulling a Drakoran some Siabras suddenly ran past me :eek:

Does anyone know anything about this? They were called "Siabra Escort" and there were 2 of them running past me twice within 10 minutes. One orange and one yellow con, dunno if they were neutral or friendly, since I was fighting both times while they ran past me and couldn't be arsed to click them ;) . They just ran around a bit and disappeared in a wall ;)

Kinda weird since Siabras are Hibbie mobs. Is it part of the campaign? Will the next part happen in Avalon City? Should I actually read those stories on the Camelot Europe webbie? Or was it just some weird bug? Or are there actually Siabra mobs in Avalon City? (Didn't see everything in AC yet) :)

And if they were part of the campaign, what was the "escort" actually supposed to escort? :) There was no one near them.

yep i seen em .. in barrows today 3 ( all escorts / yellow con ) ran past me in wright room and kept goin stright thou a wall .... few min later they appeared again but this time 1 attacked me a red con cheifton and 2 escrorts .. killed me v quickly


i posted on gu about them and sum1 said they had just see em too at the same time in BG0 ..

dont know anymore about thease mobs then that sadly ..

Came by in Spindelhalla on midgard as well, and the chieftain killed a few. Seems he also visited the low level dungeon varulvhamn and wiped most of it

That's what you call: a bug.
Sometimes the difference between feature & bug is slim but make no mistake, what happened during these nasty 5 minutes or so (in most dungeons/battlegrounds) was definatly a bug.
The good thing is that it has been identified to some extend and we found ways to avoid it, the bad thing is that it's new and really strange...
Sorry for the bad surprise everyone, and sorry to the couple of you who got, when telling me things like : "a monster just killed me for no reason!", got answers like: "this can happen if you are in a dangerous place", this was during the first minutes before we found out about the bug.

Yup Dwali and Me ganked those mobs in catacombs earlier no good loot :)

that is quite funny due to the sarcastic tone that could be added in there lol!

Kemor it may be a bug but it actually sparked interest in alot of people, the game needs more suprises and less of the linear plot that we have come to expect. I loved the last day of beta when the undead invaded Albion, more of that with a storyline to back it up might keep many people playing.
