SI Zone - Sorcerer Pets

Can anyone give me some tips where to look for pets for my baby sorcerer please? He is level 6 at the moment and pure Mind spec (in readiness for the future patch) so desperately needs a pet to be able to solo.

From a minstrel point of view :

Drakoran Mystics/Medics/Thaumaturges (i know, it's all WAY above your level atm)

All chaotic constructs (i especially like the sentry mark III, it's like having your own polearmsman with you, they even use stun/bleed styles)

urchins for low levels probably....

It's a bit difficult, since most of the mobs out there are undead..
