Alkhazaam is out of date, the SI info is in short bad, and it lacks huge number of items (It got the common item, but not the new ones from "newer" zones or updates zones).
Several other options though, good links can be found at:

DAOC Warcry is best quest info I've come accross..

Seems to have most of the new quests in it.. and you dont need subscription

Hmm found these very nice rings:
Right Ring:
Name: Tinctor Family Seal
Effect 1: 24 Hits
Effect 2: 3 Dual Wield
Effect 3: 4 Thrust Resist
Effect 4: 3 Parry
Left Ring:
Name: Telsar's Gem Wrap
Effect 1: 40 Hits
Effect 2: 2 Cold Resist
Effect 3: 2 Heat Resist
Effect 4: 4 Crush Resist
Unfortunately it only gives the place to get one of them.
Right Ring:
