SI: new shields

The new shield types in the game are they only drops ? or can crafters make them, or can you even buy them some where ?

I'v checked for shield vendors on Hy'Basil and cant seem to find any ...

I've found the new shields on merchants in SI in Albion.

Okay ... cool, now there is still two towns I havent looked in yet. Seems the Sylvans dosent fancy shields that much.

You can buy the new style shields at the shield merchant in Caer Gothwaite, all you have to do is flip to the second or third page and buy away
