SI need help

I finally got SI, today. I just want to know, can I only activate my SI on only 1 account? Like, what if I have 2 accounts, will I have to buy 2 copies of SI?

Or, what if I get a NEW account, and I alrdy used SI on another account, do I have to buy a complete new SI? Or could I like move SI from 1 account to another?

Plz help me out of my confusing

if you get a second acound you need a second copy of SI,
SI gets irreversibly tied to the account where you activated it.
