Never had a problem myself always deliver very fast a few times I've ordered around 5pm and it's arrived the next day and their new very cheap courier service with UKMAIL is good too if you want it 100% next day I've used the courier option a few times now.

i've had problems with 2 different cards that i have used with shopto. :\
