Shitty weather

Has been so nice the week then all of sudden it's pissing buckets and gale force winds.

Decided to venture out and try and get some supplies from Sainsburys - big mistake. Got about 50 meters and my umbrella went inside out and two of the metal bits ripped through the canvas. Was a hardy cane-type one too. Now I'm fucked if it's raining tomorrow as I have a 40 minute walk to uni. So now I'm hungry and without an umbrella

Bah, that's nothing! At work i had to push trollies for six hours in lovely freezing cold and damp/drizzly weather. Had the time of my life!

lol very similar thing happened to me today aswell
it was just drizzling rain outside so i thought id chance a walk into town with just my hoodie on, got like 200 m away and it had started fairly heavy rain, so made a quick turn-about and went back to get a big jacket and gloves
headed into town got the suppies from tescos and when i came back outside it was drizzling again, but then pretty much as soon as i stepped outside, uber-heavy rain started, and i had it the whole walk home

quite enjoyed it towards the end, just put meh hood down and enjoyed the fresh air

Ya complain when its too hot now its too cold for ya. I love this weather with the wind and the rain battering against the windows.
