Shields + magical Alchy stuff

Hi all,

Help me pleeaase, this is doing my head in now ;P

I've asked a number of people now, and getting many mixed answears to my question...

Been wondering if reactives work on shields (shield gets hit, proc goes off). some have said yes, some have said no to me, very confusing ;P

Could you lot help me out here please? ;P

They work in RvR and duels but not in PvE.

unfortunately not in pve...

imagine the high RR paladin pwnage vs mobs with a heal proc on his shield
