Shields for 50/50 sword/shield armsman

Would atens shield be a good choice for an armsman to get higher rr with?

Or should I go for one of the ml shields?

Also ml7 shield is good (Infused Defender), when it procs it can heal you very well, and when it first procs it tends to do it alot

well imo atens is fine. cos u should respec to full pole anyway an wont need a shield xD
