It's still possible. The nerf did so that it's no longer possible to block 100% no matter how many attackers firing.

was just wondering, my champ have 42+6 shield mob1 and 295 dex level 47 in crap armor, and still oen scout hits me 2 times in a row while i was facing him

i use a medium shield

Your chance to block/parry/evade has a lot to do with your lvl/rr versus the lvl/rr of the attacker.

The shield arrow nerf was supposed to nerf unspecced shield with high dex vs arrows and afaik ensure that multiple arrows from multiple attackers counted towards a shields block rate
ie small shield (namelly scouts) having difficulty with more than one ranger firing at them

Critshot was full of "I quit" threads by scouts before the nerf was even on pendragon for testing, but havent seen as many threads since the patch went live complaining about it.
But seeing that vid of suprising death's where the /level 20 druid from pyrd blocks his arrow would suggest that the nerf wasn't all that bad.

It has been nerfed abit but with 50 shield you are still able to block almost all arrows.

when some munkey opens fire find out where he is and stick engage on you block all arrows then.

and if you have say a heal proc on your shield \o/

spam laugh as the scout / ranger / hunters heal you up 100%

I've actually considered dropping IP2 from my solo template for this very reason, and the more scout classes breed the more heals I get and my ML7 shield is loving it, plus I don't even need to engage, 42+17 MOB3 DEX3 shield ftw! Rawr.

I spam 42+19 + mob3 +340 dex

Yer, but I also have a 1.8 K insta bomb 400+ Lifetap and then 2.5k aoe dot/snare, banelord line :/ plus I can also use large shields and 350+ DEX, 1700 WS (on a sheild tank - which :/) and can two shot stealthers, sucks.
