Shield from ML4.10

I saw the other day someone running around with this shield in the shape of a shell. He/she said it dropped from the ml4.10 mob.
I looked on vos and it isn't listed there at all in the dropslist.
Anyone has more info about the stats and abilities of this shield?

If it's shell shaped, it's more likely to be from ML1, 2 or 3... ML4 would be a different shape, the same as shields from ML5.

Was probably the small version of this shield, which drops from 3.9
