"Welsh Band", and "Good" should not be in the same sentence without the words "Not Very" - then again it hurts my tounge when I try to pronounce Welsh town names (i've got a few reltives living there), so I guess I can't fully appreciate it... No, Welsh bands just plain suck

theres been several 'good' welsh bands (i use quotes because obviously some people did like em and some didnt) to name but a few - manic street preachers, that band where one of the dudes is called Kelly(stereophonics -Ed), that band that did that stupid mulder+scully song which is pretty good, if only for the i never threw my nickers at you line.

saw the REAL stone roses on there last ever tour some years ago now and will treasure that memory forever... i have heard that the tribute band are very good, not had chance to see them myself yet.. i kind off went of tribute bands when i once saw 'the bootleg beatles' but saw an interview with Ian Brown saying the 'complete roses' were very good so cant get a better compliment than that i suppose :worthy:

and i was at glasgow green gig on the roses with my older cousin happiest day of my life by far

Yeah its good that ian now plays roses songs as well

i even went to see john squire a while back and he did a few roses rifts

brynn ur missin oot m8 there superb go get some mp3s of em and trust me youll be impressed, after all this was the band that made other famous grps such as oasis
