Incase you didn't know, the 1.54 patch brings shammys the Endurance regen power-buff in the aug line, and when coupled with the Long Wind realm ability, allows a feature known as 'Perma-sprint', where the shaman can sprint endlessly until the endurance regen spell needs recasting.
To achieve permasprint you need one ofthe following combinations:
End regen 1 (2 aug) + Long Wind 4
End regen 2 (12 aug) + Long Wind 3
End regen 3 (22 aug) + Long Wind 2
End regen 4 (32 aug)+ Long Wind 1
End regen 5 (42 aug)
If any shammys out there haven't got the nessisary Long Wind, I advise you to go ask on RightNow, now
. In the US the shammys were allowed to /respec to ask for a /realm respec, but owing to the lack of ingame support here in euro servers, RightNow should allow us the same oppertunity, to get 'perma-sprint'.
(that or be a conformist and get a 42 aug permasprint/buff bot <sigh> )
