Shammy spec

Ok, i'd like to make a RvR shammy.

I want that irritating disease fart.
Any suggestions on spec?

39 Cave Magic (Yellow Pbae Disease and Good AE Root)
4 Mending (For uber heals)

Better than 42 aug 31 cave imo since your pbae disease and ae root won't get resisted that much. Im still continuing my campaign All-Midgard-should-have-long-wind-1.

I have 31c and my fart and root don't get "resisted that much".

40m (u do know ur secondary healer!) 2 cave (that herbal guy told me disease is useless vs good grps, and he is very experinced), 36 aug (no BB here sir!). This is a good specc both in RvR, afking and PvE.

My shammie spec is a bit different but personally I think it works pretty well as an all round for both PvE and RvR (tho I'm no RvR expert )

I have 35 mend (second to last gp friggs which does work reasonably well in RvR I've found in our grp with a bit of backup healing and all but the last spec heal), 38 aug (end rgn 4, yellow resists and yellow spec buffs) and 15 cave (which is perhaps a little low but there's usually one cave spec shammie in my group too).

Like I said above, not necessarily a pure RvR spec but it's worked for me.

43aug,27cave,7mend, rest into whatever you want really... pbaoe disease and end 5 + heat buff are the important factors..

oh and mend is completely useless since you dont have any good heal speccs at all, if you want to heal, roll a mend healer

the only flaw with this spec (I noticed when I respecced to 37a/39c) is that your pbae disease gets resisted way too much.. well, you also have shorter duration on ae root
but anyway, it's a fun spec and it works.. (43a/27c that is)

Why is everyone so horny about End Reg 5?


I feel a lot more useful with 37 aug 39 cave than with 43 aug 31 cave.

cuz still there are people without lw
we had "you have to buy lw1 if you want to go rvr" MOTD in bc for like three weeks, still some people dont have it ^^
it is much easier to farm few respec stones and respec all the shamans to 42-43 aug rather than force every1 to buy lw for that feking 1 point

BC is a big guild tho, didnt have any probs with lw1 in either SotH or JH . But for pickup group RvR end 5 is a must imo.
