Shammy DD - Still missing??

I can't for the life of me find the Shaman DD spell that was supposed to be in this last 1.50 patch. Have they posted that it was included and it still isn't?

I know it won't make my character über but I still think there is a use for to interupt casters and to finish close fights.

Info on this anyone?

Yes its in 1.51, same patch as my friar finally gets a abilty to pull!!

You're right. The instant in 1.50 was a disease shout.

Can be quite usefull that shout, it sometimes snare's its targets..

So i heard the Shaman say on Shimmy forums,
I also posted how a Shaman took out a Armsmen and a cleric somewere, and she use that spell,

if it sticks the disease is a 15% snare that doesn't drop with damage
