Healing bonus 20%+ is likely required as it works with VR, spell duration and spell range is good to have but not that important considering shaman as a secondary CC class and far from primary one.

Imo drop the harp from ur SC, i don't see the point why it's good to have for shaman...

not much other than dmg immune

I personally will be having Winged Helm CES and Eirene's in my template just for all the dmg reduction, the longer the shaman stays alive the more pbae disease i can spam =)

but phoebus harp is pretty cool for healer/shaman imo =)

i don't see any reason to waste 80uv while u use Harp if u already have Zo (and mb SotH in 2h slot) in ur SC already.

harp lvl 10 charge is a 75% style dmg reduction charge so is really nice if you can fit it in, gl doing so if your trying to cap healing, buffing, dex, cast speed etcetc though.

Capped buffing is not that important if u're not lazy to switch item(s) before casting buffs but nearly capped healing is important.

In the time it takes to switch a stardrop or whatever buff piece you use (unless its in your 2h slot) you could have already rebuffed someone. In addition to this I noticed that I rarely switched my normal gem back in after buffing as there were other things that required my attention in fights. Feel free to say its lazyness but to me it just seems like common sense.
