Shaman temp help :-)

im looking for some help to make a good shammytemp.

needing capped buffbonus, dex and castspeed

good resist, hits and other stuff

i posses a RoGbelt with the stats:
dex 12, dexcap 6, buffbonus 9 that could be in handy...

have most arti's/artiencounters that a seer needs so that aint a problem

would be neat if some1 could help me with this

check this one, not the best shamy template around but easy to get, cheep ... and the only rog it has is a belt that looks very like yours
