Shadowstrike modified?

I managed to shadowstrike an enemy from the base of beno-wall, up to the ledge of the wall he was casting from. I also managed to do this on some tower takes too.

But for some reason it doesn't work at all since like 2 weeks ago, it always says "you don't think you can reach your target".

Was I just lucky or is shadowstrike bugged as usual?

ye afaik it was fixed so u cant SS onto towers so whats the point in stocking up on mezz poisons ? -.-

If they are on a low keep wall or tower with those holes in the floor you can sometimes SS players standing on the holes if your under them.

SS relies on LOS, if you have a good los it's working as intended afaik.

u can shadowstrike people in the central keep through the windows if you have los and they are in range

I queried whether its legal and seems fine as long as you have legitimate los on the target you are shadowstriking.

The only bug they fixed with ss afaik was targetting dead chars to get into the oil corridor

I've been able to hit people on some towers at the oil point, but not others
It's all about the los I guess

You can use this to go on a buff bot killing spree, find a window with a bot in view, find a few willing assassins to come along, ss the same one then go on a kill crazy rampage inside the main keep

I think they have modified it tbh ...

Good thing tbh ... will mean i wont get killed in df as much by Aleix of Mid/Alb ssing bots on top step
