(Sun belt - Scarab vest - Battler - Shade - Ring of Dance - Mad gloves)
and lg weap as offhand.

You have too many artifacts to make a reasonable template.. just too many skills and resists to cap.

Drop some of the artifacts then it will be possible.

Could be possible but might be very hard.

3-4 artifacts is the best.

I know it's alot of artifacts mate but i've heard of someone who capped all but 13 matter resist with these items and a template like that would come in handy
