Leave out dex.
Do not put con/hits on main-weapons(you will need to switch them quite often).
Order mp feets(cloth ofc) with +8 in Envenom.
Now, download a sc-calculator and cap the rest.

http://theharms.org/daoc/sc-calc.php is leladia - the SC Template program that helps alot.
Right - if you a a SZ, I take it your spec is LA/Axe Stealth Envenom, with little or no CS. This already makes life easier than a 5-spec SB as you don't need to find the +11 points for CS.
Ok - plug in your Equiment details, your necklace, jewels, etc. and then you will see how much you have left to go to Cap.
And then the fun begins. Cap everything that you can, prioritising the melee Resistances (slash crush thrust...), get as many hits, con, to make you tougher, and dex qui for your dodging and speed of whacking (I think). Basically try and max everything out but also don't whack like +11 on one item as this will cost a fortune on retries in the SC template. Spread out the points you need over 2 or 3 items, and you'll find that you can get some nice combos for your SC (something like +4skill +4skill +3skill +7or 9 % resistance - something like that).
Remember to enchant all your crafted items.
Oh yeah - you can overcharge everything on a 99% suit, i think 33/28 is acceptible, just make sure the gems are 99% 99% 99% 98% to be on the safe side (I think some people even do 99 99 98 98 - but it might rarely go boom).
Anyway, have fun with all the different combos and trying to find the best bracers and necklaces to make your "base" template better. Then go save up the 1-3p needed to do it :/

Tests indicate dex only helps block/parry...not evade. So pretty worthless for a SB.
