Does the ablative get overwrittien by abs procs on armor? I seem to get snapped out of the shade form a lot and was wondering if they overwrite it.

it's because you're cuter in your normal form Gustav... people underestimate how important cuteness is it's a stat almost as important as Dex <nods>

Regular ablatives will eventually only work when you have no som proc up (note: proc, not shade mode). Procs from the shade mode will however overwrite regular ablatives, as it should do.

On the other hand, there are several things that make your shade skin disappear, if it was that you were thinking about. This is completely harmless as the shademode "effect" will still be up, just without the shape.
