Hello :)

I'll keep it simple: with the popularity of Small Form Factor (SFF) systems, would you like a dedicated SFF subforum?

You decide :D

I voted yes :)
I didn't see this thread when I mentioned it in Ch3tan's thread...
Blah blah blah.

I decided to vote yes. Mainly because with a dedicated forum the info might be split into smaller easier to manage threads. As it is everyone keeps adding to the two threads that exist, making them a nightmare to extract info from.

I doubt it will be hugely active though.

Personally I voted no, since imho it will just cause another fragment in the forums.

SFF systems are a bit of a boom atm, but if we have a forum just for them, then why not have an AMD forum, or INTEL etc etc.

I dont see that it will be any easier for people to find the info they require, unless there are a bunch of stickies.

All imho, and not the view maintained by TN or GAME or BW or probably anyone else for that matter :(

It's only really the webdev subforum that's kind of active tho

No problem having a separate forum for "flavour of the month", look at all the games forums (not sub-forums either).

SFF I assume will cover ITX and such ?

Agreed.

if it's pc-related it should reside in the main hardware forum I reckon - no point splitting people into yet smaller groups and there's no 'incompatibility' per-se between a lot of what we discuss...

For someone whos not that technical (like me) Its dam hard to find your way around 18 pages of chitchat. Never mind other threads, if we don't get a new forum, maybe break one down into info and other into chat or something..?

Hi guys

Well, although the vote is probably swaying towards the 'Yes' side of things, perhaps it's best just to start posting individual Shuttle threads, and bid farewell to Ye Olde Shuttle Thead, 449 posts old today :p

Thanks for your time

In view of the last couple of days why not just rename this forum the SFF Forum and then have a sub-forum for everything else?

Jonty, why not just lock the thread. Basically the problem I see with starting new threads for shuttle stuff, is that there are so many different models of shuttle. I have a hard time keeping track of what the model numbers refer to.
