Thank you for your recent request for assistance. The only people to have removed items from the guild vaults between the 22/07 and 24/07 are:
Jula who removed 2 items
Sfaxerblade who removed 74 items.

i am GM of the brotherhoodofhiberina my char is jula the house number is lot 3439....on hibs/exec.
could u help me it seems that the guild vault as been emptyed again is they a log i can check and see witch char as took them and see if they are still in the guild....
i have change the access to the vault now so only officers and the GM can take out now...

This is the email i sent and recieved from goa regarding information about the house vault useage recently...

I was told by some officers/gms of other guilds about this guildie after inviteing him to BoH.. so i descided to stop any witch hunts and get down to the truth... and there it is.. sfaxerblade is a scammer and a thief.. i also understand he has a lvl 50 and that most of his alts are named sfaxer in some way or other...

I believed it was my duty as a GM to find out the truth and let everyone know about this... i am going to be contacting goa and finding out if its possible for them to take any action against him for scamming...

This is going to sound harsh.
Vault permissions are like trading. If he has permission (game permission, not necessarily you saying 'help yourself'), then he isn't scamming if he removes everything from an open vault.
The best way to avoid situations like this is have the guild vaults set up so that all members can view but only officers/trusted ranks can remove. I know it's not ideal and for some guilds who value their 'family spirit' it seems against all their values but I get too many reports like this.
By all means submit it to RightNow, we'll investigate and see if there's grounds for dealing with him on the 'respect towards other players' criteria of the CoC. Each case is different and we deal with each appropriately.

You are correct but, when someone repeats this act over and over again then, something has to be done. I am almost sure that BoH are not the only guild that got their vault emptied....

you're from GoA, check what other chars he has on his account, and if he has retrieved massive amounts of items from house vaults with them, if he has it's against the 'respect towards other players' bit in the CoC imho

but then again, I'm not working for GoA

Hmm...... it seems this guy hasnt gotten the message just yet. seems celtic leaf army have had a run in with this guy aswell

he approached me just before server went down this morning with a token gesture of 450g for our GM ... has he done this in other cases ???
this seems to be an all too recent chain of events with guildvaults of reputable guilds bein looted ...... i wont mention names <u know who u are> if this is organised it must stop
i encourage u and all gms effectted to take necessary action as this is a recent trend and it must be stubbed out

hes advertising hes selling scepter of meritious and i got suspicious and told him i didnt believe him he got if from a friend and so he said he farmed it with his main, i asked him why he didnt /20 that char then and what was his name of the lvl 50 char and he refused to answer! he then said to my other character he got it from a friend! liar

why dont u make a rank for ppl that want to get something out of the guild vualt then u just promote them to that rank,, then once they got it demote them again ? .. possibly that could work and saves u going to houseing if u in RVR or something ... its a idea .. so u could try it

Well unfortunately this has also happend to Na suinn catha with a Player Called UKIP took 97 items from Vault.

We have done exactly the same as all others and made it an officer only function.

Sorry to see this sort of thing happen. Makes you wonder where the human race has gone

Now, I know I dont play on hib side, but what Jaapi has described is probably the best way of going about organizing guild vaults nowadays. It seems that there are a lot of guild vaults in all three realms being emptied and as far as I know, there's nothing much GOA can do about it. Which, tbph, is a f00kin pain in the f00kin arse
