Sever booked, rcon problem! plz help!

I just booked a sever for my clan and another clan to pratice on, and I have an rcon password, all I need to know is how do I use this rcon password.

All i know is that it lets me control the server settings, such as map change and that I use the console to do it, but how is the problem...
