TV Seven Ages of Britain

Is it just me or did they manage to turn what is supposed to be a history program into what is effectively an art history program peppered with snippets of political history? The early episodes were pretty good but the last few and especially this week have been extremely disappointing, they glossed over many important events and totally ignored others just to concentrate on modern art. A tragic waste of a great opportunity to educate the masses using prime time TV.

totally agree Cho.

I thought the last one would look at the aftermath of WW1 and how it led to the final end of Britian as an Empire. Instead it ponced about looking at modern artists and some muppet dressed as a caveman dancing around with a mold of dimblebys face.
