I ping 50-70 yet ppl with 150 seem to rule especially with a knife against my BIG MACHINE GUN

any tips on settings configs to improve

If you think your PC is too slow try tweaking SoF 2, visit the Quake 3 guide on the BarrysWorld website for tweaks as they (the Locki one anyway) work good for SoF 2 as well.

Otherwise just try to anticipate those jerky peeps moves
